In 2015, we acquired a new parcel of land for the purpose of expanding our second plant. The total area of the land designated for the new facility is 53,000 m² (570,500 ft²), with a spacious floor area exceeding 65,000 m² (700,000 ft²).
The new plant encompasses several key features, including:
- A total of 11 plastic injection machines, ranging from 300 to 3,500 tons, providing a wide range of capabilities for our production processes.
- Implementation of automated robotic hands for enhanced efficiency and precision in our plastic injection operations.
- Integration of state-of-the-art painting facilities, equipped with a robotic painting arm and an advanced assembly line, ensuring high-quality finishing and streamlined processes.
- The establishment of a brand-new distribution center, featuring 10 loading docks, to facilitate efficient logistics and timely delivery of our products.
